This Sound Bath for Wellness is a gentle, calming experience designed to help adults slow down, relax, and reset — no prior experience needed.

During this 75-minute class, participants will be guided through a short grounding meditation to help the body and mind settle. From there, you’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and listen as soothing sounds and vibrations fill the space.

The sound bath includes a variety of instruments such as drums, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, ocean drum, and gong. These sounds are played in a slow, intentional way to support relaxation, ease stress, and encourage a sense of balance and well-being.

This class is not about performance or “doing it right.” You don’t need to meditate, chant, or participate in any special way — simply rest, listen, and notice how your body responds to sound.

The Sacred Bloom Experience is a full-day retreat devoted to renewal, self-expression, and intentional growth. Offered by Julie Domres of Willow River Yoga and Maria Voorhees-Reincke of MVR Healing, this experience invites you to slow down and receive care, beauty, and presence in a deeply supportive environment.

The day weaves together:

The New Moon is a powerful time of new beginnings — a sacred pause where you are invited to turn inward, plant new seeds, and align with the life you are ready to create.

Join me for an intentional evening of reflection, release, and renewal.

We’ll begin by exploring the energetic meaning of the New Moon and how this lunar phase supports fresh starts, clarity, and transformation. You’ll be guided through journaling to help you connect with your heart’s intentions and bring awareness to what you are ready to call into your life.

From there, you’ll be gently guided into a grounding meditation to help calm your nervous system and open your body to receive.

The evening will close with a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and bring your body into a state of balance and peace.

This is your time to reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself.

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Please arrive early to get settled in, as doors will lock promptly at 6:30 PM to protect the sacred space.

Spring is a season of fresh starts, and this class invites you to experience that renewal through soothing sound. Simply lie down, relax, and let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you, releasing stress and restoring balance. There’s no effort needed—just breathe, listen, and allow the sound to calm, clear, and refresh your soul.

The program will start promptly at 6:30, and we close doors once a program has started. This helps ensure a cohesive atmosphere and protect the sacred container that is created within the program. Please plan to arrive by 6:15 or 6:20 to get signed in and settled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
