24+ hours’ notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.No-shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that I can stay on track for clients after you.
If you are significantly late and we are unable to proceed with the session, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.
This policy is in place to respect both my time and yours, and to ensure I can continue offering this work sustainably.

Jewelry Care
As with all meaningful jewelry, your crystal pieces deserve gentle care so they can support you for a long time.
Remove Before Water
Your jewelry is not meant to be worn in water.
Minerals and chlorine in tap water, pools, and hot tubs can damage natural stones and metal beads.
Some crystals (like Angelite) are also softer and do not like water at all.
If you accidentally wear your bracelet in water, gently pat it dry right away.
Remove for Workouts, Yard Work & Rough Play
Your crystal jewelry is meant for everyday wear, but it’s not indestructible.
To avoid scratching the stones or stretching/snapping the elastic, please remove your jewelry before:
Working out
Gardening or house projects
Playing with pets or doing any strenuous activity
Gently rolling your bracelet on and off (instead of pulling or yanking) will also help it last longer.
Protect from Harsh Chemicals
Lotions, soaps, hairspray, perfume, cleaning products, and even sweat can create buildup or discolor/tarnish metals over time.
For best results, put your jewelry on after:
Applying lotion or oils
Using hairspray or perfume
Using household cleaners
And take it off before heavy cleaning.
Store in a Clean, Dry Place
Metals may naturally tarnish over time from oxygen and skin oils.
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Store it in a dry, dark place at night (like a jewelry box or fabric pouch)
Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods, as some crystals can fade
Cleansing & Recharging Your Crystals
You can energetically cleanse and recharge your crystals by:
Placing them in or next to a selenite bowl or stick
Using the smoke of white sage or palo santo (if that resonates with you)
Setting them under Full Moon or New Moon energy (outside or on a windowsill)
Trust your intuition — you’ll know when your crystals need a little energetic refresh.
Bracelet Restringing
If your bracelet breaks or becomes too stretched, I’m happy to restring it for you.
$12 bracelet restringing fee
If extra beads or resizing are needed, there may be an additional charge based on bead cost.

Your satisfaction matters deeply to me, and I want every purchase to feel aligned, supportive, and filled with good energy. If you need to request a return, please review the guidelines below.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Condition of Returned Items
All returns must be:
In original packaging
Unopened
Unworn / unused
Because crystals absorb the energy of their wearer, once a piece has been worn—or used in meditation, ritual, or daily life—its vibration becomes uniquely yours. For this reason, those items cannot be returned.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
MVR Healing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Right to Refuse Returns
MVR Healing reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
