Friends… if life has been feeling stressful, overwhelming, loud, or nonstop lately, this is your invitation to slow down and breathe for a while. 

Join Maria of MVR Healing for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments designed to help calm the mind, relax the body, and support overall wellness.

Doors open at 5:45pm and will lock promptly at 6:15pm, so please come early, get settled in, and cozy before we begin 

Please bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket

• Pillow

• Anything else you need to feel comfy and cozy on the floor

If getting on the floor is uncomfortable, please bring your favorite camping chair instead.

No experience is needed — just come as you are and let yourself rest for a while.
