You’re tired… but somehow you still can’t fully relax.

This is your chance to put it all down for a little while.
The Distant Energy Healing Circle is a 45-minute group experience created for the woman who needs a reset without adding one more freaking thing to her to-do list.
You don’t need to understand energy healing. You don’t need to know anything about chakras. You don’t need to meditate, journal, concentrate or “do it right.”
You simply receive.
During our time together, I’ll intentionally work with the energy of everyone registered for the circle, creating space to release some of the stress, heaviness and emotional shit you’ve been carrying while supporting your body and energy in settling back into a calmer, more grounded state.
You may leave feeling lighter. Calmer. Clearer. More rested. More grounded. Or maybe you simply notice that you finally took a deeper breath and feel a little more like yourself again.
And the best part?
You can receive from wherever you are.
Curl up under a blanket. Lie in bed. Sit in your favorite chair. Put your headphones in and close your eyes. You can join me live on Zoom, or simply relax and receive knowing you’ve been included in the healing circle.
Once you register, your name will be placed into my sacred healing bowl and intentionally included in the group session.
