We’ll get clear on what you’re DONE carrying — the old stories, patterns, expectations, fears and heavy shit that doesn't belong in your next chapter — write it out and surrender it to the fire.

From there, we'll move into a powerful gong release to shake loose some of that stuck energy before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath to integrate, recalibrate and come back home to yourself.
