Experience a time of deep relaxation and renewal through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. As the resonant tones wash over you, they can help quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for rest and reflection. Whether you are seeking stress relief, spiritual nourishment, or simply a peaceful pause in your week, this gentle sound meditation offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a calm and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, or whatever will help you relax completely. Dress in layers and bring a water bottle as well. This class is for ages 16+.

We encourage you to register as soon as possible. Programs that do not meet the minimum enrollment two days before the scheduled date will be cancelled.
