Friends… if life has been feeling stressful, overwhelming, loud, or nonstop lately, this is your invitation to slow down and breathe for a while 🌿

Join Maria of MVR Healing for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments designed to help calm the mind and relax the body.

✨ Early Bird Tickets: $35. All ticket sales are final.
✨ $40 at the Door

Doors open at 6 pm and will lock promptly at 6:30 pm, so please come early and get settled in 😊

Please bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Anything else you need to feel comfy and cozy on the floor

If getting on the floor is uncomfortable, please bring your favorite camp chair instead.

No experience is needed — just come as you are and let yourself rest for a while
