You keep everyone else’s life running… meanwhile, you barely feel like you are living yours.
You wake up already thinking about what everyone needs from you. You keep going long after you’re exhausted, and even when you finally get a minute alone, your mind and body don’t seem to know how to stop.
This is a place to put some of it down, reconnect with yourself and remember that…
you matter too.
You’re tired of being the person everyone needs.
You’re managing work, kids, appointments, groceries, laundry, relationships, schedules and the emotional temperature of the entire freaking household.
Your brain starts running before your feet even hit the floor.
You’re exhausted, but resting doesn’t always make you feel rested. You snap at someone you love over something small and immediately feel terrible. You cry in the car because it’s the only place nobody needs anything from you. Then, when you finally get an hour alone, you realize you don’t even know what you want to do with it.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy, journaling, meditation, boundaries, morning routines and all the self-care things. You understand why you feel this way. You know what probably needs to change.
Maybe you’re brand new to all of this. You don’t know what a chakra is, you’ve never tried Reiki and you’re not even sure what energy healing means.
You just know something doesn’t feel right anymore.
Either way, you don’t need another person handing you a giant list of things you should be doing to fix yourself.
You need somewhere you can stop trying so hard for a minute.
I know this woman because I’ve been her.
I know what it feels like to live in survival mode, carry everyone else and become so focused on holding everything together that you lose yourself somewhere along the way.
After leaving an abusive relationship in 2002 with my two daughters and a Honda Civic, I spent years rebuilding my life and trying to understand what I had experienced.
Therapy helped me understand my story, but I eventually realized that intellectually understanding what happened didn’t mean my body had released everything it had been carrying.
Energy and sound healing became part of how I found my way back to myself.
I don’t do this work from some perfectly healed mountaintop. I do it as someone who knows what it feels like to be the strong one, understand the patterns and still feel them living in your body.
I also know what it takes to begin putting them down. That is the kind of space I want to offer you.

What if you didn’t have to hold all of it so tightly?
Imagine being able to sit in silence without your mind immediately racing through everything you forgot to do.
Imagine noticing what you need before you reach the point of snapping, shutting down or wanting everyone to leave you alone.
Imagine saying no without spending the next three days feeling guilty about it.
Letting something remain unfinished without believing you’ve failed. Asking for help before you’re completely depleted.
Imagine feeling present in your own life instead of constantly managing it from the sidelines.
That is the deeper work I do here.
Not becoming a perfectly calm, perfectly healed woman who never feels overwhelmed again.
Becoming a woman who can hear herself, trust herself and stop putting herself dead freaking last.

A gentle return to yourself
My work follows a natural process designed to help you move out of constant doing and begin listening to yourself again.
-
You get to stop doing.
Nothing is required of you here. You don’t need to perform, take care of me, know exactly what you need or explain everything perfectly. You get to arrive exactly where you are.
-
Together, we create space for some of the noise to soften.
Through grounding, energy work, sound, breath and the environment around you, your mind and body have an opportunity to slow down.
-
We give what you’ve been carrying somewhere to go.
Stress. Grief. Anger. Emotion. Old patterns. Energetic heaviness. The pressure of holding everything together. We don’t force an outcome. I follow what you are ready for.
-
You begin hearing yourself again.
As some of the noise settles, clarity often begins to surface. What do you need? What isn’t working anymore? Where do you need a boundary? What have you been ignoring? What do you actually want?
-
You take yourself back into your real life.
The goal isn’t to feel good for an hour and then immediately return to abandoning yourself. The deeper work is learning to listen to yourself, trust yourself and make room for yourself in your everyday life.
