Step into SPRING with clarity, creativity, and intention. We will begin with a grounding meditation and guided journaling to help you reconnect with what you truly desire and where you’re feeling called to grow. From there, you’ll bring those intentions to life through a hands-on vision board experience using provided supplies. This class is about more than setting goals — it’s about creating a visual, soul-aligned reminder of what you’re inviting into your life next. You’ll leave with a vision board that reflects where you’re headed and a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and inspiration moving forward. This is for anyone who wants to check in on their New Year’s goals or set new intentions.

The program will start promptly at 6:30, and we close doors once a program has started. This helps ensure a cohesive atmosphere and protect the sacred container that is created within the program. Please plan to arrive by 6:15 or 6:20 to get signed in and settled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

We ask all who enter Assisi Heights to recognize that this is the home of the Sisters of Saint Francis. Please be respectful of the property as well as the health of those around you and refrain from attending events if you are sick. All guests at Assisi Heights are required to wear a badge during their visit.

Registration for all classes closes two (2) days prior to the scheduled event to allow adequate preparation time. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
