Spring Equinox Sound Meditation

The Spring Equinox is a time of balance and renewal, inviting us to start fresh and set intentions for the season ahead. In this class, we’ll explore the meaning of the Equinox, journal to plant soulful “seeds,” and relax into a calming sound meditation with crystal bowls and chimes. It’s a peaceful opportunity to pause, reflect, and welcome spring with clarity and purpose.

The program will start promptly at 6:30, and we close doors once a program has started. This helps ensure a cohesive atmosphere and protect the sacred container that is created within the program. Please plan to arrive by 6:15 or 6:20 to get signed in and settled. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
