This Self-Love Release + Sound Bath is a heartfelt evening designed to help you release the heavy inner dialogue, old stories, and emotional tension that have been weighing you down. We’ll begin by journaling the thoughts you’re ready to stop carrying, then step outside for a fire-release ceremony to symbolically and energetically let them go.

Back inside, you’ll be guided through a vocal release with the gong — including the opportunity to safely scream out what your body has been holding. From there, you’ll settle in for a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe your nervous system, open your heart, and invite in compassion, softness, and a renewed sense of self-love.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, this evening will meet you exactly where you are and help you return home to your heart.

What to bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, journal + pen.
Dress warm for the outdoor fire ritual and wear comfortable layers for the sound bath.
