A Sacred Evening of Release, Remembrance & Reclamation

International Women’s Day is more than a celebration — it is a powerful invitation to honor your journey, release what you’ve carried, and reconnect with the strength that has always lived within you.

Join us for a deeply intentional evening designed to help you release old stories, emotional weight, and anything that no longer aligns with the woman you are becoming.

We’ll begin with guided reflection and journaling, bringing awareness to what you are ready to let go of — old beliefs, past pain, patterns, or expectations that are no longer yours to carry.

You’ll then step into a sacred fire ceremony, where you will be invited to burn what you’ve written — symbolically and energetically releasing it.

From there, we will move into a powerful gong release, allowing your body to physically and emotionally discharge what it has been holding.

The evening will close with a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments, helping your nervous system settle, integrate, and reconnect with a sense of peace, clarity, and wholeness.

This is your time to release.
