Energy Healing Session (45 Minutes) In Person or Long Distance

In Person Energy Healing

Come and relax on my soft and comfy massage table, allowing yourself to open up and release built up stress and anything that is no longer serving you. We will start by setting an intention—the goal of what you need the most right now. I will start with my Elk hide drum moving from your feet to your head and back again clearing your body of unwanted energies. I will begin my Energy Healing to balance your major and minor chakras. At the end we will discuss what I felt and how you experienced it all.

Long Distance Energy Healing

We are more than just our physical bodies—our energy bodies are part of a much larger whole (Quantum Physics Explained). Since energy transcends time and space, we can feel/sense/know another person’s energy whether they are beside us or far away. During the session I will ask that you create a relaxing and quiet space where you will not be disturbed. You can lie down or sit comfortably and play music that is relaxing for you. With your permission, I will connect with your energy just as if you were in person beside me. We will start by setting an intention—the goal of what you need the most right now. I will start with my Elk Hide Drum moving from your feet to your head and back again clearing your body of unwanted energies. At the end we set up a phone call to discuss what I felt and how you experienced it all. I will also send you any notes I took during the session.
