Join me for a relaxing evening of Sound Healing at Crossings Art & Community Education Center in Zumbrota, MN.  Our evening begins with a guided meditation to help us relax and release tension and stress. This will clear space in our minds and bodies to receive the beautiful sounds, frequency, and vibrations from the healing instruments. We will then set our intention for the evening, and I will begin to play my drum, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, gong, rain stick, ocean drum, chimes, and tingsha.

Your energy and the energy of the collective group will guide me as I play to ensure your body receives what it needs. No experience is necessary, just come with an open mind and allow yourself to rest and absorb the healing sounds.
